Aritchoke Hummus by Josh Meyer
1-15oz can garbonzo beans, rinsed 1-14oz can artichoke hearts, drained 1 1/2 tsp- granulated garlic 1 tsp- cumin 2 tsp- salt 2 TB - Lemon juice 1/3 C - olive oil, extra virgin Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth. (Via)
